Using the milder ‘Lemon Drop Chilli’ means that this jam does have punch but in subtle moderation.

Instantly fruity and flavourful, the chilli heat kicks in slowly building to a medium crescendo and leaving a gently warm glow afterwards. Replace your boring jam with this tropical chilli jam. Spread on bread, toast or cheese crackers. Alternatively, it’s excellent to pep up a stir fry, or even for dipping tofu.
